Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days , (7- 21 days for customised orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and send through email or SMS, 24 HOURS before delivery.
- We operate on standard charge as per the following formula- Distance x 15/- per Km + Weight of goods in kgs x 0.65/- paise per kg weight.
(Example if distance is 12 kms and weight of the shipment is 200 kgs, then shipping charges is - 12x15 + 200x0.65 = 310/-* - * Note if the distance is 10 kms or below - Minimum Fare is 150/- + weight of the shipment x 0.65 paise per kg.
- Delivery estimates will be provided based on your location and weight of the shippment..
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing vehicle number(s). The tracking will bed updated on the website.
