Description of product
ARCSLOT Sag Rods are precision-engineered steel rods used to support purlins, reduce deflection, and maintain structural alignment of roof systems. Installed diagonally or horizontally between purlins, sag rods prevent the “sagging effect” that occurs due to roof sheet load, wind pressure, snow load, and thermal movement.
These rods are manufactured from high-tensile steel bars and threaded at both ends to allow secure tightening using nuts or washers. Sag rods form an essential component of the bracing system in industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, and PEB structures.
