ARCSLOT XLPE Foam Insulation Sheet is a premium closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam designed for roofing thermal barriers and sound comfort.

With excellent insulation efficiency, shock absorption, and a built-in anti-condensation layer, XLPE is ideal for hot and noisy environments. Installed as a roof underlay over purlins/frafming before sheet fixing, it significantly improves indoor comfort and reduces HVAC energy demand.

Installation Method

1. Lay XLPE sheet over purlins/frame
2. Keep 50–100 mm overlap
3. Seal joints using aluminium foil tape
4. Fix roofing sheet on top using self-drilling screws with washers
